The founder of Psychodrama was Jacob Levy Moreno, a Romanian psychiatrist and contemporary of Freud. Two of the important aspects of Moreno’s work are his role theory and theory of spontaneity. In his role theory he invites us to consider ourselves as role holders, as if taking part in a play or a drama; he suggests that our roles are primary to the development of the self.
Over the past 25 years I have had the privilige of working with people who have struggled at some stage with home or work-life, internally or in interpersonal relationships. Developing upon strengths and a capacity for compassion building, are key aspects of my approach. Creativity and spontaniety underpin how I work.07980 607 658
