Check whether a room is available.
You can check room availability on our online calendar (see below). Once you’ve decided on a room and session time, send in your booking. Booking requests are checked regularly throughout office hours and you should receive a confirmation of your booking within a few hours of contacting us.
Bookings may be made on a one-off or block-booking basis, and wherever possible we will place you in the same room from week to week, though this cannot always be guaranteed.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Therapists registered with Marple Cross have the option of paying on a monthly invoice basis in advance or in arrears. Therapists not registered with Marple Cross must pay their booking fees in advance of their booked sessions; payments may be made by cash or cheque made payable to the Marple Cross Centre LLP.
How do I cancel a booking?

What is the cancellation policy?
In common with many counselling and psychotherapy contracts, our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid having to pay the room fee. If you cancel late but are able to rebook your session for a day and time within 48 hours of the original booking, then the cancellation fee may be waived depending upon room availability at the time.
