Just how easy or difficult is it really for therapists to maintain their clients' confidentiality. Without paying active mindfulness to the process, a therapist might find that they have unintentionally broken a client's secrecy. This article considers a number of scenarios which suggest that the practice of Active Confidentiality is not as easy as we might think.
